I spoke with the DO a couple of months ago. Seemed like very striaght up, no BS. I didn't take the job becuase it was too far away. From what I know, it's a pretty good gig.

I know a few guys there; they seem pretty happy.
They say that dispatching and maintenance is real good, average about 20 days flying a month, 5 overnights. Only 5 hard days off a month.
Company has done a lot of growing over the years.

I spoke with one of there captians yesterday, seems like a good company, but he said there is almost no advancement into the left seat from the right. Most of there FO's have been there for two years and never even flown from the left seat. He said they only have one homegrown captian, which is quit surprising since they do have a nice fleet.

Your right, only 5 hard days off a month, and they average 700 hours a year.
