I have microsoft flight simulator 2004 and was wondering if it is possible to download other kinds of planes that are not on 2004. If there is such a site is it free if I own MFS 2004 or is there a download price. If anyone knows the site and has done this all pertinent info would be appreciated. Thanks.

http://library.avsim.net is probably the best one out there.

http://www.simviation.com is another good one.

Of course there are websites out there where you can pay for airplanes, and they are typically much higher quality and realistic. One I see advertised a lot is: http://www.eaglesoftdg.com . They got a really nice Citation II, CJ1, and Citation X. However sites like these typically charge $25+ for their airplanes.

Thanks user997 and T-gates. Hey do you guys know if you can download older MSFS programs to MSFS 2004. I just found the plane I want but it is for MSFS 2000... not 2004. Does it matter or do I have to get MSFS 2000? Thanks

You won't want FS2000. FS2004 (FS9) , runs much smoother. Find a plane that's made for it, or has been updated. There are many.

Flight1.com is the best place for addons.

My buddy works for them so I have them all, never paid a cent but would if I had to. They make some pretty cool stuff.

Wilcopub.com
Feelthere.com
precisionmanuals.com

check out LevelDsim.com
its a B767 addon.
Get the video on avsim....im the atlanta approach, tower, and ground controller!

are all good aftermarket products if your looking for them.

What kind of plane are you looking for?

I disagree with the above, flight1 may have some nice planes, but they are not free, they're quite expensive.

Tons of very nice FREE airplanes at the site below http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/search.htm
