His dad killed 5 including himself this time.
He should never have never been allowed to continue to fly after the first accident in which he killed his wife and two small daughters.
First crash in 2003 , also in a Bonanza, guy runs out of fuel on a missed approach and hits a utility pole on the way down.
An accident like that with fatalitiues shoukd be automatic revokation and jail time.
That is vehicular homicide in my book.

Looks like this may be a low fuel situation as well, or he forgot to switch tanks........
