We have GPSs and some glass but don't use it, we like gauges.

10,000 hours TT, 4000 PIC FAR 121 or 135 on turbojet or Turboprops.

Hands on, take charge, know the ropes. No three AM phone calls, how do I get maintenance in Podunct.
In other words, we want someone that ignores the little maintenance problems...just get it in the air and ask questions later.

If I had 10K TT and 4000PIC 121, I dang sure wouldn't work for this outstanding sounding outfit. Sounds like a nightmare of a place to work if you ask me.

Holy crap, that's hilarious!

For what they want, they better be paying $250k a year or better!

Notice the disparity between PIC and SIC requirements? :D

For those of you who are not familiar with 91/135 in South Florida this mean

"we fly all hours, our mainte is never up to date, we go no matter what the weather is, were never to high, hot or heavy to go, F/O cleans the plane and the crew is responsible for manning the office 9-5 all week."

Stay away, stay away.

" Have GPS and some glass, but don't use it. "

How do they not use the glass ? Are they flying partial panel ?
And who would choose airways vs. GPS ?
I think I've just been Punk'd !!
