What is LRG BINOVC

LRG BINOVC .... any of you know what this is? I guessed there is a large bee in the overcast layer.

"large breaks in overcast"

I usually call that "scattered".

Just like "small breaks in overcast" would be "broken".

Isn't "large breaks in overcast" kinda like saying "dry rain began at 42 after the hour".

Could be the that the sky cover is still more more than 7/8ths which technically speaking is an overcast sky. Something like that...
