What does the MOD CU ALQDS mean in this?

MOD CU ALQDS

CU ALQDS means cumulus clouds all quadrants. I've not seen MOD are a prefix to this before.

It means: moderate cumulus all quadrants

It means cumulus clouds somewhere between the harmless puffy variety and the towering cumulus variety.
