Metar archives, do they exist?

Does anyone know where I could an archive of METARs for a specific location? For example if I wanted to know the report at LAX on NOV 6 2003 is there a website that list this.

I believe you can purchase archived Metar information from:

<http://weather.noaa.gov/>

It's in there somewhere.
