Airliners.net....lot's of volume but also lot's of people talking out their ass. A lot of kids interested in aviation. A lot of experts who don't know what they are talking about. A few guys that really hate airline pilots that I love chatting with.

Jetcareers.com....owned by DL pilot, great site for young, prospective pilots. Kind of slow but less bickering than most.
