Doing proving runs with them right now. First revenue flight will be on May 15. But that is not public yet.

All the Saab pilots will move to the CRJ, so we will have excess pilots and will probably furlough.

Okay. Just messing with you. Nobody knows, and nobody knows.

Who cares, this season it's all about the Lions in the NFC "Norris"

P.S. Wow I really miss hockey season.

Man, we need some new thread topics in here don't we?

I heard that the new pope's name has been cyphered by the bible belter number crunchers and it does not mathematically come out to the "number of the beast". Could it be some sort of trick?

it took me awhile, but i do believe i need to learn how to put towlie on ignore! wow, he is sure an idiot .......do not believe him

XJhawk.. you couldn't read the fine print on the bottom of his post, could you? haha...

They need to have like an autoupdate scroller accross the top of flightinfo on the "announcment." Good luck, regardless.

Ok so looking at the latest vacancy/preview and the previous, it's evident that people are holding out on the upgrade (or just don't want to go to DTW). Any takers on how junior the DTW CA bid will go?

Tomorrow's award

I'm guessing that it will go into the early 600's. Lot's of bypassing due to noone wanting to give up their summer days off, lots of commuters, and lots of people who just don't want to sit reserve. Tomorrow will tell.

Would this situation have any effect on new hires?

Got my fingers crossed for the June class and then a DTW base.

Didn't the last award include a 600 number captain???

#563 was the most junior fella on the last award. (5 year mark for him) but the latest preview shows a #645 fella which is a little less than 5 years, about 4.5 years. oooohhhh

As long as the compnay is upgrading and hiring consistently, you will move up your domicile list quicker. DTW and MEM Saab are condsidered the junior bases so you'll be able to move up those lists much quicker than MSP.

To add to Miner's post, people are also holding out on the upgrade because they don't want to seatlock themselves when some "big announcement" may include new aircraft they could hold. But according to the latest pilot hotline email, the company can waive all seatlocks and move people accordingly to fill the seats.
