Disregard my post above, I just saw the new Vacancy on mymesaba, SF340 it is.

yeah they pretty much laid the works for bringing all the furloughs back to the saab. no question there. I am in the low 500's for senority, lower than 520 i am sure. I know the saab will give me QOL and pay over the 900. I think there might be a slight chance, knowing the history of the avro, that the 900 could go junior, which would mean commuting for sure. But for that kind of pay, might be worth it. its funny they are staffing for almost half the growth two months before the first plane is due to arrive. Either that or they are expecting very few furloughs on returning and or an even higher attrition. I hear that Comair might be offering signing bonuses??? thats just rumor.

My guess is they got tired of getting rejected recall offers and just decided to force the issue. In a bit of a sick way I'd really love to see everyone take recall now and watch them freak out about what to do with training and placing everyone. Sending a class of 200 through then having 4 FO's for every Captain in MEM.... yea that would be worth buying a bag of popcorn and a pop to watch.

i cannot wait to see what the lines will look like in mem. I am sure there will be 170 FO's making base pay, which sucks for us. Unless in MAy they are planning on needing a lot more FO's for something. I was thinking it would be the crj, but then why make them all SAAB FO's

Has everyone received their Fedex recall package? I have yet to get one. Not that I plan on going back, just curious.

ha, i cannot beleive all these people not coming back???? are you trying to tell me that making better pay and being treated better somewhere else is a reason not to come back to XJ?
