The MSP 200 might go to a street captain because managements threat to prevent seat locked pilots from flowing up to NWA might spook a lot of pilots from bidding the 200...especially with the flow thru about to start up.

Yeah, it's pretty unlikely though, because there are plenty of more junior pilots who wouldn't flow to NWA for a few years at least, and are bidding the 200 but are currently seat locked out of it. They would have to all be released from Saab CA seat lock before a street captain could get it.
