Mesaba Seat Locks

What are all the seat lock provisions at Mesaba?

I know FO's are locked into their seat for 3 years unless they can catch a quicker upgrade (and then can upgrade into any equipment).

What about Saab FO's that bid Saab CA. Are they locked into the CA seat for any time period?

What about Saab FO's that bid CRJ FO. Are they locked into the CA seat for any time period?

They are locked in as saab CA for 2 years.

Any lateral FO move is seat locked for 2 years no exceptions ie upgrade after initial 3 year FO seat lock. The first three years is a FO seat lock but you can upgrade whenever your number comes up (and you meet ATP minimums I think and dont think any more time is required. Used to require company time but believe we got rid of that)
