Mesaba has a list of 121 carriers in their FOM that have reciprocal jumpseat agreements. If you don't allow Mesaba jumpseaters, odds are your not on the list (except for certain cargo companies like FedEx and UPS)

Let me know who you fly for and I'll let you know if your on the list.

Mesaba: unlimited jumpseaters... i.e. 20 open seats = 20 jumpseaters

As far as I've heard, we're not on CASS yet so the only pilots allowed to sit in the actual jumpseat are NWA, Mesaba and Pinnacle dudes.

We aren't in CASS yet because we weren't part of the test program so we can't start until April when the test is over. But, supposedly we are getting all the "ducks in a row" so we can flip the switch as soon as possible.

Mesaba Jumpseat

I jumpseat on Measba fairly often and have never had a problem. They are a great group of pilots who always help out. Never have had the chance to go on Pinnacle but I haven't heard anything negative. Be nice to the gate agents and crew and you'll be on your way.
