After the 129, there are still 175 options that NWA can exercise. More than enough for Mesaba to get a bunch also.

Has mgmt been waiving the CRJ carrot during negotiations?
 
Well, it goes like this, apparentley an XJ pilot flew 527 or another avro out to the desert yesterday, at least that is what crew scheduling told him he was going to do. It turns out that the airport he took it to has a large maintenance facility at it that is owned by the same people whome we are contracting our avro maintenance out to in Florida, and there is no storage facilities on the field. So the conspiracy theories start, is it going there to have some major maintenance done? A paint job maybe? (they do that there also) Is it really being "taken to the desert" never to return? Or is it just a little game that management is playing...who knows. I don't even give a f@%k anymore. It is all on the alpa message board if any mesaba dudes are interested.
