Has anybody here got called by Mesaba below 1000tt???

100 and 2? What does that mean?

as for getting hired... it used to be that 1000 and 200 multi was the min. at Mesaba some years ago. they have hired UND grads with less time though.

There have been some 900-1000 hour guys hired. I was in class with 2 of them. I know some have had a ton of multi, and others were internal hires (rampies or interns)

I interviewed with a guy that had exactly 1000 and 100 back in April. However, he had an internship previous to the interview.

It's been 1000 total and 100 multi since as far back as anyone can remember. Many have been hired with just the minimums. Very few hired with just below the mins. The only exceptions are interns, internal, and there were the UND Spectrum people from way back when. Even the internal people and interns don't get much of a break. We don't hire internal people with 500 total like Pinnacle has. (Not a rip, people. Just a fact.)

Don't plan on getting called with less than 1000/100, however if you have the mins it is as good as having 5000/500 at this place.

Good luck!

Mins

I agree 100% with Towelie. Hired last year, and was told as soon as I had the mins I would get an interview, they don't compromise on the mins. But once you have the mins, your as golden as any guy with 2000 hours. Training department is very good also.
