Mesaba flight bennies

I was wondering if it is possible to use your flight benefits on other carriers. e.g. NWA 8856 is a flight from ATL to Santiago Chile but is DAL equipment. Would you be able to travel on that flight using typical flight benefits?

No, unfortunately not. You'd either have to jumpseat or buy a ZED pass for Delta.
