The last three weeks at PAN AM where Mesaba HQ is, there has been atleast 8-10 pilots a day interviewing for Compass and using PAN AM's 727 sim for the "eval machine." The interviewees said that starting pay is somewhere around 24.00 an hour, and they plan on hiring atleast 20 per month.
