I was in the CRJ Oct 27th class, and Ive been home from training since Dec 13th and still no word from training schd... Oh well, its been fun, time to finish shoveling the 4 ft of snow from the GD driveway. Good luck you guys

Has the Nov Saab CA class gotten IOE assignments yet? After sim do they give you an idea of how long you will have to wait or just tell you to go home and standby? How far in advance do they have notify you and how far did they actually notify you that you have an IOE trip? Trying to get an idea of how long I may be off. Thanks.

there has a lot of issues with records, a lot of people are waiting in excess of 3 weeks

Sweeeeeeet. I keep hearing that from 2 to 3 weeks. I also heard that they are required to call you 2 weeks prior to your first assignment. I think. Can anyone confirm that?

Plan on at least 2-3 weeks for Saab OE. Enjoy the time off because they will be flying you alot.

I believe that they only need to give you two days notice for IOE.

i heard 2 or three days prior. Hey Flybet how did the checkride go??

My bad. I meant to say 2 days. Checkride went great man, just did the loft today in the morning that was alot of fun. And then I took a flight home! Niiiiice to be home. How was yours?

Are they still taking applications for street captain positions? There seems to be some talk on FI that they have stopped that now. Anybody confirm?

I am hearing they have a pool of applicants right now. You should send in your stuff, if you have the time and experience they will look at you.

No problem on my side of things, checkride was sunday, loft monday , home monday night.

Anyone got any ideas where we should go for the next 3 weeks??

All the europe flights are WIDE open!

To bad Octoberfest isn't happening!!!! DAMNN!!! Oh well, I guess i'll have to settle for England HA! :D
Just kidding Lime.

I suppose with Captain pay through training and while sitting at home (street captains) you can afford to go to Europe, I've been renting DVD's from the Public Library on my F.O guarantee (50 cents a day).

Im just giving you guys $h*t, welcome onboard and congradts getting through the gnd and sim training

Oh if it helps your planning you might be able to swing a trip to Australia also. I'm hitting the 4 week mark waiting for IOE. I know of about 5 other captains from my class that are also still waiting so enjoy the time off.

This might have been asked before, but, well, let's be honest-I'm way too lazy to search for it!

How long from day 1 of training to where you are now? And what are you waiting for the next 3 weeks, IOE?

Thanks.
