Mesaba and D'Angelo

To All:

D'Angelo was banned permanently tonight. I have patience for most things but stepping on the lives and careers of fellow pilots and their families will not be put up with. To make the comments that he did with families at home trying to figure out if they can keep making their home payments with the current situation is sick and disturbing. It’s this kind of member that is not helping FI at all. I am asking a favor to all. Please report this kind of member who posts stuff like this. We ARE cleaning this place up and we need everyone’s help. On a personal note...As a former Freight Dog, Pinnacle Pilot and current JB pilot, I wish you all the best with the ongoing changes at Mesaba. I will keep you all in my prayers and can only hope you all stay strong within your families and friends. It will get better...even if it’s not what you wanted, it will get better.

Thanks for the support. Since furlough, I have also found that a lot of the non-aviation world is very supportive after they find out how airline employees are treated and compensated.

I have to say, thanks for the good words, as a Mesaba pilot its been frustrating hearing the crap that guys has been saying. I know the people i work with at Mesaba are great people and where ever they end up, whatever airline they end up with, that airline will benefit from there employment. I have liked this forum since i found it and have found it a great place to exchange ideas and hear what others are thinking, away from the company, and away from the union.

I am jjust thankful our union leadership has held strong at mesaba, they have been working hard and deserve a personal thanks from all of us. I think this airline is a sinking ship......so i hope that spandex and foley go down with the ship. John

I think it far surpasses what those of experienced when back in the EXA days when we were kicked out of MSP and shrunk to 220 pilots.

The entire airline industry in general is suffering from bad mgmt.

The general is has a lifetime pass.....actually a good guy although he has started some of the most infamous threads on FI. So you dont always agree with him but at least he adds his thoughts and insights to FI without blatently insulting and degrading people. We have all had our moments....I have, General Lee as along with others. The problems occure when guys like D'Angelo act the way they do. Yes, they share their opinion but at the expense of others and degrading all those around them.
