At least his contract is up in only 10 months...

I assume all of those stipulations disappear at the end of his 5 year contract.

Has anyone heard that Mesa's contracted with US Airways has been voided as of june 2nd due to breach of contract. A CLt ramp manager was telling us this the other day.

Not so fast.

I think this is copy of his last contract. The BOD recently renewed it.

This last one is vomit-inducing, though. That last line is incredible .. . if he gets cut loose, he gets a big gob of money outright and the company has to pay above and beyond to absorb any taxable income he receives.

Then he gets 5 years at $200k/yr "consulting" fees.

Ick.

Did you mean "Auf Wiedersehen"???

It means "To see(ing) you again" or basically "Goodbye" in German.

Warte, warte.......

Mesa ist 'ne Riesen Scheißdreck und kann mich doch am Schwanz lutschen.

Übrigens (incidentally, or BTW), if you don't speak the language, I don't recommend attempting to write it. If you do speak the language (and I don't mean "hello", "goodbye", or "Where is the train station?"), may I suggest learning how to write it, or at least how to spell the words correctly first???
German isn't easy, so don't try this at home kids.

This guy is a ********************ing dork
