Yep, and they want to issue almost 40 million more shares. What the heck...dilute the stock some more.

Mesa sure has crapped all over their shareholders the last couple of years....actually raped them in the butthole....

But it is Mesa we're talking about...so I think even the investors, while likely very mad, are not surprised.
