The Hawaiian Beatdown video. This is an instructional video on the proper way to get a Hawaiian beatdown.

Just substitute the white guy in the water for JO and well, the rest of the video doesnt take much explaining.

Hahahahaha! Mesa pilots will be cleaning public toilets in Hawaii to make ends meet, while Jonny O laughs all the way to the bank.

He also stated elsewhere that his Hawaii operation will be non-union.

No, for a couple reasons. Scope and the fact that we've already announced domiciles over there. It's Mesa flying, as in Mesa Airlines flying, and that means ALPA.

Its only 2400 nm from SFO to HNL, not a big deal.

2400nm at 420kts GS = 5.71hours

At 3000lb/hr =17,142lbs of gas.

The 50 seater holds around 14,500lbs.

No-way it can do it without some kinda Aux tanks.

Non Union? No way. Freedom took care of that loophole at Mesa.

FYI you're incorrect. There was a post on here with a quote from JO I believe. The "loophole" he used is that MAG won't own more than 50% of the new "company", therefore the union won't apply.

Stay on your toes!

FYI- as of last week, Mesa announced a standing bid opening for the Hawaii flying, which equates to ALPA pilots flying the jets. That being said, by the time ops start, anything is possible. If and when it happens, it will go way junior unless it's a TDY posting and I don't see how new-hires can afford to live there on Mesa wages.
