I'd block Terrain Terrain but his amaeturish posts are so fukcing stupid they actually end up being entertaining.

I guess enlightenment comes to one when they reach the promised land of SKW...

I have a confession, I was a Mesa basher, however, I will support you guys through this contract negotiation, and hopefully you guys can pull off something great. On the other hand, if you drop the ball and take it in the A$$ again it will probably throw me back to bashing. Not that I matter in the scheme of things, but I think alot of guys feel the same way. And as for terrainX2 you are an immature little prick who is probably waiting for his first piece of A$$. Guess that I'm a pilot line isn't working to well huh? Just know that unless you plan on staying at Skyworst the rest of your career, you will pay dues to Alpa eventually, and hopefully they make you pay double for being a moron. Also, I will assume that you are just a prick and don't speak for the entire Skywest group, and I am pulling for you guys with the Alpa drive. You all will be in ATL next month, and a part of me will want to block every radio xmission you attempt, and bash you if you try to enter OUR crew lounge, but again I will abstain. Atleast until the Alpa vote results are in, and if you all said no then all bets are off and it will be my personal mission to screw with all of you as much as possible. Once again, I know that I'm no one important, but I believe alot of guys feel the same way.

----- Must pay any "re-assignments" at JA pay when given to lineholders

----- Must retroactively pay all the lineholders JA pay for the past 2 years. This is probably going to cost he company upwards of 2.5 million dollars.

COMPANY RESPONSE: Ignore the system board award. No back pay, no change in scheduling practices. It's like it never happened.

What can a union do when a company compeltely ignores the instructions of a grieved arbitration? Hopefully, the answer is sue the crap out of the company for breech of contract, get the award enforced, and maybe get some fat, juicy punative damages awarded against the company.

They'd do EXACTLY the same thing to us if we, as a union, ignored a system board awarded greviance.

I think in addition to cumluative retro JA pay I'd go for the jugular and sue for strastospheric punitive damages as soverytired just mentioned. Not only will it deter Mesa management from repeating this but it will send a message to any other airlines management who think they can make an end run and cheat the system. Hitting them in the wallet is the best way this can be accomplished. Also if they don't comply then not only do they need to be fined but they've got to be sent to prison for 2 or 3 yrs to serve hard time. I AM NOT KIDDING!!

Not that I'd ever justify causing physical harm to these people but how in the world can they safely drive to and from work and run errands when they know they have so many people angry at them? They must have secret service style security everywhere they go, right?

Ever wonder about Terrain Terrain's "orientation." I could see a woman pilot pilot putting the blond kid in the karate outfit in an avatar but if Terrain Terrain is a guy....Not that it matters of course.

Lets see now, Terrrain has been a member for about 6 months and already has almost 300 posts? His message is always the same. Think he has an agenda? I think D'Angelo has re-surfaced with a new screen name. Go crawl back under your rock scumbag. HS
