WTF, this guy clearly pilfers a passengers listening device and the TSA let's him depart?

Last time I checked, you get caught stealing, you're treated to fingerprinting, photos and a night at the local clink.
 
I hope its not this one - he's a great guy!

I hope it was one of those 80 GB IPODS that sells for around $350

According to Florida Law:
"Theft of property valued at $300-20,000 is grand theft in the third degree and a third degree felony.
Theft of any other property is petit theft and a second degree misdemeanor."

Well for those that know this person it was him! I emailed the TV station and received this reply.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We visited the pilot's
home Monday night. In a story that aired in our 10pm newscast, we talked
briefly to the pilot's wife. She told us she was aware of the
allegations, but couldn't talk about them. She told us he wasn't home.
