I never thought that Colgan would be leading the industry in anything, especially pay, but it would appear that our 1900 pay scale is pretty good compared with others. 1st year FO is 20 and 3rd year captain is 35..

They will have to be hiring soon. Last I heard they had a "hiring freeze." However 4 CCAir/Mesa pilots got called back this week alone, and from what I hear another 4 left last week to go to Chautauqua. Looks like they are going to be short handed in the busiest time of the year in the northeast.

Why are CC Air and Chatauqua pilots leaving Colgan if the pay is better?
