the freedom issue is no longer an issue since the new contract has been signed. they now fall under mesa. if your 35 and this is definitely what you want to do (considering the industry), the pace program is a great way to get to the right seat. be very instrument proficient before interviewing and attending, that is the hardest part for most pace students.

Thanks. I've almost met my requirements for PACE and I am pretty much ready to apply. Of course I'm considering the possibility of shelling out 12K dollars and then not getting a job, but I've been told that the guys that don't get picked up after the interview probably didn't prepare and performed poorly at the interview.
