In addition, Faris rejected a request by Hawaiian Airlines to bar go! from selling tickets for interisland service for one year.

To bad, sounds like the judge was to easy on them.

Looks like JO might have to sell a few of his dozen Harleys... He should be bounced from the industry - what a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I declare our little company doesn't have the funds available and will have to file bankruptcy. Good luck to all, and the little bastard will take the proceeds already hidden. What a little piece of SH!T

Class Action Lawsuit

His actions were under handed, and delibeate fraud; he opened the HA books with no intent to buy, only to cheat their corporation.

Sue him for the value of lost company (Mesa) equity, everyone of you.

And don't forget that it COSTS tens of millions for the bankruptcy process itself.

My guess is the internal looting and sheltering has already started.

The House of Mesa is not long for this industry. BK won't protect those from the consequences of any criminal activity (fraud, embezzlement) that may be occuring.

The worst is yet to come for Mesa.
