Which would you choose and why?

Mesa seems to be growing by leaps and bounds. But I think Eagle is probably more stable. Pay is almost the same (within a $2). Any suggestions or comments?

Take your pick... You will experience upgrade times as quickly as 6 months to a year at Mesa (Dash/1900)if you have the flight time, I believe Eagle is running somewhere between 3.5 to 5 years. Mesa is a pretty stable company and is going to continue to grow with both equipment and route(s). I would go Mesa if I were you.

I would think the question would really be "Do you want to make a career at a so-called "regional" airline?"

If so, go to a place like Skywest or AE.

If you want to work at SWA, Alaska, Frontier, Airtran, ETC, go get a quick upgrade and start getting Turbine 121 PIC time.

I guess its all about getting that seniority number at the airline you hope to retire from, hopefully making it possible to stay there with minimum furloughs!
