A pilot in Hawaii is standing up to Jonathan Ornstein and a malicious, frivolous lawsuit designed to squash his right to free speech and free association.

  • Mesa has more to lose from the lawsuit than to gain:
    1. Jonathan Ornstein has made himself into a 'public figure' thus raising the standard for defamation.
    2. Because Mesa is alleging defamation of Jonathan Ornstein, EVERYTHING about his character is open to discovery and to publication.
    3. Because Mesa is alleging defamtion of Mesa Air Group, EVERYTHING about Mesa's past conduct is open to discovery and publication.
    4. Because Mesa is alleging unfair competition, EVERYTHING about go!'s finances and operations is open to discovery and publication.

If any of you have been wrongfully fired from Mesa or are willing to testify against mesa or Ornstein get in contact with the guys running these websites and their attorney.

If you haven't had a chance to check out http://dontflygo.com/ do it. It will keep you entertained.

I think its time we start to google bomb Jonathan Ornstein

From Wikepedia

A Google bomb (also referred to as a 'link bomb') is Internet slang for a certain kind of attempt to influence the ranking of a given page in results returned by the Google search engine, often with humorous or political intentions.[1] Because of the way that Google's algorithm works, a page will be ranked higher if the sites that link to that page use consistent anchor text. A Google bomb is created if a large number of sites link to the page in this manner. Google bomb is used both as a verb and a noun. The phrase "Google bombing" was introduced to the New Oxford American Dictionary in May 2005.[2]

You people!

Why do you hate poor Jonathan Ornstein?

1. If you cut him, does he not bleed? Sure, it's a corrosive substance that will eat through formica and plexiglas, but it's still "blood"...right?

2. And speaking of cutting him...who's got "next"?

3. Does he not unhinge his jaw and shed his skin like any other huma...er...ok, forget this one!

4. Does he not cry when you insult him? Specifically, "cry" as in cry out for his lawyers to crawl up your a$$ with a microscope.

5. Does he not wear "999", the Mark Of The Angel? Oh, wait! That's upside down! My bad!

6. Mr. Ornstein is a compassionate, loving man, who forgives mistakes. Soon, his therapist hopes he'll display those traits toward persons other than himself.

You should all be ashamed!
