Mesa is getting better!!!!

:angryfire Mesa is changing for the better. Company finally understands that the pilots are very concerned with quality of life. I am delight to tell you all that Mesa has bought 200 tickets so we can watch a special race at the Phoenix International Raceway. There is only 200 tickets available(Mesa has 1800 pilots), but if you want more you can buy for only U$20,00!!! That's awesome. I feel better already. For those with questions about the event, just read it below.

Come join us for a MESA EVENT at Phoenix International Raceway!​

HSR West is hosting a historic sports car racing event. This is a great event to get up close to a variety of historic race cars. Unlike professional motor sports, fans are encouraged to walk through the “pit” areas and have a chance to see some great historic race cars.​

Gates open at 7am, events begin at 10am​

WHERE: Phoenix International Raceway, Avondale, AZ​

We have purchased 200 tickets for employees.​

If you would like to be entered in the drawing,
reply to this email byTuesday, February 6th, at 5pm.
Please indicate if you are interested in ONE or TWO tickets. ​

Winners will be announced at approximately noon on Wednesday, February 7th.​

Additional tickets can be purchased at the gate for $20.00 each.​

First, let me say that I've heard nothing good about Mesa....and I have 5 friends that work there.

BUT, 200 doesn't sound like a totally unreasonable number considering that most of their pilots will be working (or about to or just finishing work) and even fewer are based, live in, or can get to PHX on that particular day and even fewer are interested in attending.

Since it's open to all employees, I'd guess that PHX management/front office types will greatly outnumber pilots.

Now, that being said, I'd love to see JO get "rubbed" a few times.

there was a MacGyver episode back in 1988 about a race where they snapped MacGyver's brake line and tried to mess him up real good. He's MacGyver so he fixed it, but JO won't be able to.
