Within the next 5 years you'll see 100+ seat equipment flown by Mesa either in Mesa colors or Go colors or something else, but NOT as fee for departure and NOT under contract to a mainline.

I don't disagree. Even without a change to the DALPA contract, Mesa could operate the E-190 at up to 106 seats. And they could aways take the Indy route and go without the Delta Connection contract.
