Its been over an hour since the decision was published and still no PR or any sort of comment from MESA.

Would have thought it made a sytonger impact on the stock price, granted its up a good chunk but it is still lower than it was last week...
Well there you go. Since you made your post, the stock is higher (at $0.1275 per share) than the highest close since 8 Jun ($0.13).

Wow .195 so far after hours...up over 100% from today's lows! MESA still hasn't released a PR, the PR can probably bump it another 30% from today's gain.

Wrong again, Gen Lee!

(I seem to remember confident predictions by that toolbag that Delta held all the cards in this one.)

-Par for the course-
-Moron!

The stock will go back down again after a few days and it will bottom out again. This was merely a confirmation of what everyone already knew about this POS , and Delta will not go quietly. People will sell. Mesa is still in a lot of trouble with a very uncertain future, not to mention the looming contract cancellation by UA. There's a reason why they're being quiet.

Okay.

This was NOT unexpected.

But please. Understand. This is NOT the MESA/Delta lawsuit. This was a 3 judge panel ruling on Delta's appeal of the injunction that Mesa received to prevent Delta from terminating the contract immediately.

The lawsuit still has yet to be heard. (Not that the outcome will be any better for Delta.) This was just an upholding of the lower court's injunction until a time that the lawsuit is completed.

Clear as chocolate pudding now?

Ok then. Back to your regularly scheduled Mesa bashing, RJ bashing, etc.

Oh...Happy 4th of July!!

===BOOM, BOOM, POW=======

Oh wow...hey...

That was my 500th post...

still a long ways to go to catch up with General P. Diddy Lee though...

But only the few, the proud and the life-less could ever aspire to his tens of thousands posts.

I fortunately have a rather healthy life outside of FI.com

carry on men!
