They could always do a 3-for-1 reverse stock split, and their stock would be about a dollar....

Citing "almost unprecedented turmoil" in world financial markets, Nasdaq put on hold some of the minimum requirements that companies must ordinarily meet to maintain a listing on the exchange. Under interim orders that expire Jan. 16, companies will not be delisted if their share price or total market value stalls below Nasdaq standards.

This is total BS (Mesa not being delisted, not your post). They've had six months and have done NOTHING! They're stock was down before the economy why should there be a exception for them.

Oh well, it's not like JO is going to get it above a $1 anytime soon anyway.

Who's going to buy diluted shares backed by nothing???

What good is that going to do JO...even if he issues one million shares, that will net him only $200K or so (after dilution). That would barely but another 15 motorcycles...
