At least MESA's scope actually put industry leading CRJ 900s on property. And kept non union pilots from operating them. Your scope just punks out 40 pilots from Montana that ALPA punk out first. And we all know NWA can easily get around that language in your TA on scope. SEE YAAA BIG DOG 1

Theres nothing "industry leading" about flying a 90 seat jet for a regional airline, especially not for that kind of pay.

Hey Newsouth.........

Getting really clever with your little Mesa Ba rhetoric. Just making yourself look like an ass with no knowledge whatsoever. You have got it coming to you in the next couple of years and I hope NWA doesn't lay it to you like they did the MSA pilots.......although I'm afraid they will :(

I always wondered what kind of pilot's Mesa had to be signing such lame contracts. Now, I guess I know.

Dude while your at it why don't you bust airwiskey's chops cause their CRJ CA rates are below our TA??????

Why didnt you bring that up when you talking about how PCL works for less. Tell the gd world the truth about PCL rates. My 3 year is higher than Air WIS. SAY it. SAYYYY ittttt.!!!!

Vote no.... or you are responsible for lower the bar. The race to the bottem will not stop with Mesa ba.

And after 3 years of hearing your bs, I promise to return the favor.

"Dude while your at it why don't you bust airwiskey's chops cause their CRJ CA rates are below our TA??????"

No they're not. I know we are not that far ahead in terms of payrates (mostly because of Mesa's contract), but our trip/duty rigs make a world of difference when it comes to overall pay. You're going to find that out after spending some time in ORD or should I say "The Box".

Actually Lionflyer if you look on the ALPA contract research page your Cl65 CA pay as of 10/1/04 starts at 53.42
Pinnacle as of 5/1/04 starts at 55.07 and Wiskey remains below across the board. I agree with your contract you will make more because of your work rules but if you look only at pay rates your are below pinnacle.

The point I'm trying to make is we are bickering about a few dollars here and there. We all need to be making ALOT more across the board.

Hey Newsouth, you the same guy that fell asleep going into Detroit? Or were you the one that wanted type IV out on the de-ice pad because "there was icing reported at your cruise altitude?" The fact here is that YOU sir, are an ass. There is no point in trying to have a dialogue with you on this message board, sit behind your computer and talk your **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**. The sad fact is that this TA is probalby going to pass, we will see growth for the next few years, and you won't. That is the whipsaw, and as long as there are bitter people out there who hold a grudge against the wrong people, it will continue.

Just more disrespect for my pilot group. Nothing new.

Still talking about those Jets. Well, maybe you will and maybe you won't. But one thing is for sure: You'll be flying them for less. So now you become......

Oh yea, that will make the second time MSA has sighned concessionary rates for jets. Maybe you guys can just leave us alone now. Quit ya laughing about our rates and rules. Quit ya snubbing. Quit ya industry rumor spreading and go fly.

We are tired of being treated like we have done something wrong for NOT NOT paying for traing. For upgrading in less than a year. Getting our 1000 PIC 121 Jet. Making 60 bucks a hour flying 60 day old planes. We have nothing to be ashamed of. Your TA supports that. Quit putting our company down.

Quit putting YOUR company down.........I believe you are the one who started this thread???? Are you the guy that dresses like Elvis down in Memphis??

If I'm not mistaken, Pinnacle has all of the CRJ deliveries for the next two year. Look's like we will be growing. And I'm sure you guys will be getting some of the 175 options remaining.

This XJ ta will pass, though not with my vote and not by a landslide. Yes, it is a sucky contract. You know why it is sucky contract? Because its a regional airline contract.
Not until we're (regional pilots) all willing to demand the equal pay and rules for the same job the major pilots of the same flag do will we ever have a contract that we're proud of. That day won't happen as long as there's more than a few of us willing to sell the other guys and gals out.
You Flagship guys can laugh at us XJers all you want- but I'll be the one enjoying the much higher quality of life, and god bless you during your negotiations. You're going to need all the help you can get. I hope your next contract is a good as our old one was.
