God I hope not. As an AWAC'r, that could only mean bad things for us. I could see us buying assets, but I don't think this company would buy their entire organization.

Thats funny... If that was the case the republicans in the house and senate would of seen it and said, " If Mesa is bailed out and avoids Ch7. How is that going to save jobs??? We need tax cuts for JO and his management team"

All responsibility to follow FARs was waived, MX will be discontinued, and the Customer Service employees will act as janitors for their airports in between flights to increase revenue. The pilots will have dual job responsibilities, flight ops and airport ops, they will be issued bicycles(single speed to keep costs and speed down) which they will use to respond to FOD reports on the airfield.
