I can't imagine where they found 600 pilots willing to work there knowing what kind of contract they have.

Yeah, I am sure you read through every contract to figure out where you wanted to work.

Tdubdude,

Consider this my retraction. JO, you're an a-hole. But I forgot you're jewish, so you ain't a nazi. Is that better? I think that's the embarassed smile.

I suppose every pilot working at the commuter airline, the cargo airline, the national airline, the foreign airline, the major airline, the upstart airline with the worst contract- you are all whores. Oh, and anyone willing to work for these companies, you are too. Oh, that includes PFT (Southwest). Even if you were not there when the contract was signed, because everyone knows that if your company has a good contract, it started out with one, even before it had one.

That is what you guys sound like. Not the sharpest bunch in the drawer.

Godspeed to MAG Pilots

Despite what a few bitter/misinformed people might be saying in this thread, there are a lot of people behind you 100%, and I'm one of them... your contract may not be a bouquet of roses but contract compliance is not something you should have to be fighting for. It should be a given.

If you have documented cases of non-compliance, then I say do what you have to: "maximum safety", legal action, or shut the place down for a day. Whatever it takes to get JO's attention off of the bottom line or his stable of two wheeled crotch-enhancers --- er--- crotch-rockets.
