hello friends.
I have a question. recently i put my name in the AOPA website for mentor pilots.Im working to get my CFI license and i figured out it would be a good practice for me to answer peoples questions as their mentor.Anyway, a few nights ago i got an email for somebody to become his mentor for his private license. Now im not sure how this thing works.Do you fly with that person or just give him ground instruction?because if you have to fly with him, well he can not rent a plane ,obviously i will. But am i responsible for the renting expenses since i can not charge anything? Please let me know if anybody knows.

?

Not sure, but it might have been a good idea to ask those questions before signing up or check with the AOPA since it's their program.
