I am looking for Dr. Frank Ceravolo new phone number. He is a FAA Medical Examiner in Fort Lauderdale. I called the old number (954) 771-0133 and they said it is disconected.

The FAA database shows no returns for any avaition medical examiner (AME) with the last name Ceravalo.

I did find on the database but they still showing his old phone number. I wondering if someone from the area know his new number.

I was actually using the flightinfo site to find(www.flightinfo.com/examiner.htm), it shows only the old number. You are correct, the site you showed does not have his name on. I wondering if he is working in another state or maybe retired, do you know another way to find out about that.

It surprised me, because the last time I had a exam with him he didn't say anything about moving or retiring.

Unfortuneatly Frank passed away last summer. He was a real great guy and AME.
