I just got an e-mail from the MEC that says there appears to be regression in managements "growth" proposal. The MEC meets tomorrow to discuss it. Stay tuned for more "simplicity" and "straightforwardness" from Phred!
 
Oh, and they promise we get to vote on any changes. Tread carefully!
