MCO good place to invest in crash pad?

Hey Guys,
This may get moved, but is MCO a good place to invest in a crashpad? What are people paying for a bed and how many beds to a room? I am trying to keep it at 2 to a room. Any inputs?

Are there that many people who commute TO MCO? (As opposed to FROM)

All the MCO based guys I know live within driving distance.

There are a few crash pads in MCO, most are on the bus line in an apartment. Some require a car, MCO is not a hot bed for crash pads. Most people use priceline. $ 28 - 35 per night two and half stars plus tax, and $45 - 55 for three stars.

You know, I forgot how cheap the hotel rooms can be! Its just hard not to invest when the prices are as low as they are! I just do not think anyone would want to share a room for $150 a month!
