Repost since the database went down:

Anyone have any suggestions for a Class I Flt Doc in Orlando?
Preference #1- easy to work with and BIG Picture:D
Preference #2- close to West side

I am in the USAFR, and soon to be SWA pilot if that helps. The doc I had in OK was awesome if you had a current military exam.

Flt Info Site pulled up for MCO:
Dr Ian MacDonald
Dr Din on Sun
Dr John Flemming

Member suggested Dr Kovatz

Any firsthand experience/feedback (sts) would be greatly appreciated.

doc

I went to kovats once.

I choose Dr. Roger Sherman in the Villages out by Leesburg Florida he also sits on quite a few medical boards when it comes to getting your medical back.

Din-O-Sun is good and is cheap for the Class I medical.

Roger Sherman is good as well, however he is up in Leesburg, and someone mentioned the Villages, but he is south of that.

Sunny Side up :}

Only once?!?!

Katl,
Why only once to Dr Kovats?

PM me with the details if you get the chance.

Thanks!

Thanks to everyone else as well.

OK, if I lost my medical I don't know whether or not I'd use Kovats. I would recommend him if I wanted to get or keep my medical. If I think I'm having medical problem, I'll go explore the problem with a regular Doc, then shop for a good advocate to help me retain my medical. I'm not saying that Kovats is not that guy, I just know he gives a "generous" and quick physical.

I've heard of guys that have had bad experiences when they went to AMEs that tend to go overboard on their exams.
