had some friends who worked there. They didn't mind it too much. Typical 135 freight in caravans.
 
I flew Metros for them back in the day. The only reason I left is they sold off all the metros. Probably one of the best 135 cargo opperations I've worked for. They maintained their fleet and didn't ask the pilots to do stupid $hit like some of the other cargo carriers I worked for. I would have stayed but I didn't want to fly night IFR with only one engine.
 
not too bad depends on the base and how low of a profile you make of yourself. 1yr contract 24k starting pay. planes look pretty rough but have descent maint.
