Hopefully they'll get the issues worked out soon. The tiltrotor is one impressive machine - and just has US Marines written all over it.

You're right! I find helicopters interesting. Especially the older ones. It's been a few years ago, but at EAA Convention, there was one of those "flying bananas" there in the war bird section. From what I heard, they flew that thing on quite a cross country to get it to EAA. You gotta hand it to those guys that have the ability and patience to keep a warbird flying...especially something as mechanically complex as a helicopter.

I hope the Marines get their Osprey problems ironed out, the succeding generations of those types of planes will be interesting.
