It takes man to know how to fly this airplane not to just pass the check!
Thruth is that to get the CL-30 type is guite easy! Airplane is made for US pilots! There is not much to think about what comes to systems, limitations etc... There is few memory items and on engine out maneuvers aircraft might be a little slippery,exspecially if you come from hawkers, or other rudder bias etc... airplanes!
Bombardier is teaching you how to operate this aircraft, you are not there to learn how to fix it! Which by the way is not very difficult, since most of the failures you can fix by resetting/rebooting the computers.
Instructors are rather good out there in Bombardier, of course few exceptions. Flight Safety is also starting to provide CL-30 training, obviously they are more expensive!
biggest thing in my opinion in this airplane is to learn the FMS and the Collins Proline cockpit. It works very well and is guite easy to fly after you learn what different colors etc... means.
