What are companies charging to their clients for a KA200/350 or PC12 operation? We have a client that wants to pay for the fuel himself, but we are going to cover the insurance, pilot salaries and the hangar.

Just interested in ball park figures..

We charge $2000/month for a KA200. That includes hangar, towing, cleaning, billing, etc. We also bill expenses at cost plus 10%. Pilot salaries are paid through our company, but reimbursed by the a/c owners.

Ultraman,
you must be in a midwestern location or something.. Hangars here are about $4000/month and that's if you can get one.
Are you located close to a major metro area?
Just the insurance on the PC12 is about $35K/year.
thanks for the information though..

We're in the Atlanta area.

As I said, we bill all expenses to the owner at cost plus 10% (this includes fuel away from home, hotels, meals, salaries, maintenance, charts, etc.)

We have our own hangar and fuel, so we can offer good deals on those items.

U.
