What a bunch of bull$shoot. The man is in Arizona, how could he possibly have just flown into the DC ADIZ? What a bunch of nimrods!

Just like other government agencies that are the darlings of the powers that be, the DHS will have many instances of going off half-cocked--to the detriment of our civil rights.

Back when the DEA was going to save us from the scourge of illegal drugs (that's going well, don't you think?) they had several instances of busting down doors and raiding houses--on the right street but wrong address. People had their cars stopped at the border and literally stripped down to the frame in a search for drugs--then left to collect the pieces and put them back together at their own expense.

Ruby Ridge, Waco, Elian Gonzales. The Feds were a model of restraint in those cases... Right?

The IRS, kept in check for several years because if their history of abuse and malicious prosecution, is starting to rear its ugly head again. Beware the angry and frustrated accountants with badges!

The DHS will go down the same path. A friend who is a defense lawyer told me that the Feds will often hold on to a case long after the evidence of someone's innocence is proven. They will keep the case open and the charges pending until the innocent party is nearly ruined.

Oops, gotta run. Some guys in suits got out of a black Suburban and are knocking at the door...TC

If you read the article that was hyper texted in the original post, the flight was from Chandler to Tucson and back.......hmmmm
