Hey, gang,
I'm trying to make a revised checklist for our airplane. Can anybody steer me in the direction of some good software to use? I would like to have rectangular blocks with the titles above the lists but I can't seem to get my word processor to do that. Should I try a spreadsheet? Help!

Thanks

Just did this for our LR-60s using Microsoft Word. Split the page into two columns. Under the "format" drop down menu you will find borders (use this for your boxed items), shading, bullet points and some other handy items. I had to ask our receptionist for a quick lesson on MS Word but once I learned the basics it was fairly easy.

Ditto... If you want me to I will email you our 31A checklist in Word so you can see how it was done. Word does a great job if you know how to work the formatting...

Thanks for the info. I struck out in to Excell and, though a bit labor intensive, I have been able to produce a pretty decent looking thing so far. I may try word, too. Thanks.
