Does anybody else keep getting a pop up asking if you want to install Macromedia flash? I have been visiting this website for months and all of a sudden everytime I open a thread i get this prompt. I'm not too computer savy and a little paranoid when it comes to downloading stuff off the net. Is this a good program to install?

It's the flash plug-in that allows you to view flash stuff. One of the advertisements on this site must require a newer flash plug-in than the one you have. Flash is totally fine as far as downloading. It's a commonly used format for animating web sites. I wouldn't worry about downloading it.
