Actually I would have been surprised if nobady complained, with all the head cases around here....

I've got over 600 hours in the 201 and 231, with just a little in the 252 as well. I even taught a guy to fly in his own 231. Time to solo was a little longer than normal, but it worked out okay.

I like the plane from a pilot's perspective. Very solid feel. Some people say that it is a little stiff in roll response, but I think it is very nice. The engine can be a pain to start when it is hot. It's been awhile, but anybody who does the checkout for you should explain how best to go about it. The airplane trued at around 160 Knots. It really is only a three person airplane for a long flight. Four is doable if you aren't going very far.

Not sure where you can ret them these days.
