What are you talking about nimrod? They made more money than anyone!

Sorry lowecur,

You're what? 0 and 3 now?

Lowecur,

I hear what you're saying....I think.

But a profit is a profit. Fuel hedged thru '05. 30% hedged for '06. Most of the competition is not. Even more important is the transition to newer aircraft. The fuel hog -200s retired by Jan '05 and additional new -700s to lower the average age of the fleet. Remember the advantages JetBlue has had with new airplane maintenance?

Employee costs slightly higher vs. fuel hedgiing and declining maintenance costs. If losses do occur I'm sure the employees will come to the rescue, unlike the cantankerous employees elsewhere.

I'm thinking the outlook looks great for expansion and eventual margin improvement.

So glad...

WE Made some money. It was close, but the 3rd month of this year made the difference. Thank you to our loyal customers...and those that want a no frills trip from point a to point b. Profit announced, stock drops. Same old story...time to buy!!! BTW, we are hiring...I think.
