The fuel hog -200s retired by Jan '05 and additional new -700s to lower the average age of the fleet. Remember the advantages JetBlue has had with new airplane maintenance?
Employee costs slightly higher vs. fuel hedgiing and declining maintenance costs. If losses do occur I'm sure the employees will come to the rescue, unlike the cantankerous employees elsewhere.
I'm thinking the outlook looks great for expansion and eventual margin improvement.
